End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal contract between Rick's Apps (“we”, or “us”) and the end user. It specifies the rights and restrictions which apply to the use of SiteSucker Pro (“the software”). This document only applies to software purchased directly from Rick's Apps. When you purchase our software from the App Store, Apple’s EULA applies instead.
SiteSucker Pro is intended for personal use. For example, if you buy a copy of SiteSucker Pro, you can install it on both your laptop and your desktop as long as you are the only person using the software. If you have many users, you should purchase a copy of the software for each user. You should not rent, lease, or re-sell your software license to others.
You may not share your license key with anyone else for any reason. We reserve the right to revoke your license key at any time if we find it is made publicly available.
SiteSucker Pro, documentation, and any support are provided “as is” and without warranty, express and implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Rick's Apps be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages, even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by you or any third party.
You should not reverse-engineer, disassemble, “crack”, or otherwise modify and redistribute our software. Program code and artwork, including graphics, icons, and website content, are the copyrighted property of Rick's Apps. Please don’t steal them.
