Bank Check Printer is a Macintosh application that prints your bank checks. It is designed to work with standard sheet-fed three-to-a-page business-sized checks. The bank checks that you use should be pre-printed with your routing number and checking account information.
Simply enter the date, the amount, and the name of the recipient (i.e., the payee), then click the Print button to print your check. You can also include an address on the check or a note in the memo section.
The Bank Check Printer window initially shows the fields for a single check. To print additional checks, toggle the disclosure triangle to reveal fields for a second or third check.
The following keyboard shortcuts can be used when the date text box is selected:
- Current Date: T
- Add a Day: + or =
- Subtract a Day: -
To adjust the positioning of printed fields on checks, choose Preferences under the Bank Check Printer menu.
